1. When does an Air Conditioner consume more power?
- If the door or window is partially open
- If the gaps in the window or door has increased
- If the occupancy in the room has increased
- If the window shades (inside/outside) have been removed
- If a ventilator has been introduced

- If any electronic appliance has been turned on
- If the thermostat has been set on test run
2. Why is the Air Conditioner not cooling?
- If the air is blowing
- If the vent lever is in open position
- If the door or window is partially open
- If the thermostat knob is put on 6
- If the filter is unclean
3. When does the Air Conditioner not start?
- If the power supply is not on
- If the ELCB has been used and switched on
- If there is a current leak in other appliances
4. What is Cool Mode?
- Air Conditioner works at a set temperature
- Room temperature is also displayed on the panel
- The remote always displays the set temperature
- The fan auto mode is applicable only in Cool Mode
5. What is Dry Mode?
Air Conditioner works with a predetermined programme cycle of:
- COMPRESSOR ON - 8 MIN. OFF - 4 MIN.
- FAN - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - OFF - 4 MIN.
- COMPRESSOR ON - 6 MIN. OFF - 6 MIN.
- FAN - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - OFF - 6 MIN.
6. What is Fan Mode?
- Only the fan will be working
- The speed selection is applicable
- Auto selection is deleted
- Air Conditioner will not give any cooling
7. What is Sleep Mode?
- Set temperature will increase by 2ºC after completion of 2 hours from the time Sleep Mode was activated.
- To deactivate depress Sleep Mode button
8. What are the displays on the remote?
- Set temperature
- Time and On/Off timer (If RTC)
- Mode (Cool-Dry-Fan-Auto)
- Fan Speed (High-Medium-Low)
- Sleep
- Swing (Sweep)
9. What is the temperature button?
- Pressing the button simultaneously will toggle the temperature button between °C & °F
- Default display is °C
10. How does the timer work?
- Clock on the remote must be set
- On Time - Air Conditioner starts at the set time
- Off Time - Air Conditioner stops at the set time
- Cancel button if pressed deactivates the timer
